আমি তাল দিয়ে করেছি তাই তাদের ফ্লেভার হয়েছে, আমার রেসিপির রং সাদা  হয়েছে কেনোনা আমি তাল পাটালি ও চিনি দিয়ে করেছি, তালের চন্দ্র কলা পিঠা খেতে খুব সুস্বাদু হয়েছে এই পিঠা ছোট থেকে বড় সবাই খেতে পারবে, কেননা পাকা তালের উপকার অনেক, পাকা তালে ভিটামিন বি এর অভাব জনিত রোগ প্রতিরোধ করে,তালে ক্যালসিয়াম ও ফসফরাস আছে তাতে দাঁত ও হাড়ের ক্ষয় রোধ করে, তাল দিয়ে অনেক পিঠা,বড়া,কেক, পাটালি,তালসত্ব,মিছরী হয়,

আমি এই রেসিপি সম্পুর্ন নিজস্ব চিন্তা ভাবনা দিয়ে করেছি, তাল আর চকোলেট, ক্রিম দিয়ে নতুন কিছু বানাতে চেষ্টা করেছি কারণ আমি একজন হোম বেকার, এই  রান্নাটি সকালের জল খাবারের জন্য খুব ভালো হবে। 

জন্মাষ্টমী হল শ্রীকৃষ্ণের জন্মদিন। এই দিন বিভিন্ন ধরনের মিষ্টি ও নোনতা খাবার বানিয়ে ,আমরা গোপাল ঠাকুর কে নিবেদন করে থাকি।

 আজ আমি বংহাট থেকে পাওয়া মির্চি সেফ এর তাল পাল্প দিয়ে বানালাম এই দারুণ স্বাদের তালের রসমঞ্জুরী পিঠে বা তালের পাকন পিঠে।

I wanted to create and cook something unique and creative so I chose taal dhokla . Taal dhokla can be served with any dip like green chutney,  sauce etc or can be served in chat form . Can be taken in breakfast , evening snacks and tiffin as well.

There are a ton of Dhabas (Punjabi roadside shacks) in and around Kolkata. The most common food a Bong orders there is “Tadka-roti”. So it’s common for Bongs to ask for the same when they travel to North India or outside of West Bengal, expecting to be provided with the even better local version. However, all they get back is empty stares. Tadka is actually the name of tempering and not that of the dish, it’s rather “Daal, Tadka Marke”. 

I made these Panna cotta with milk, condensed milk, kheer, gelatin, sugar, corn flour and Mirchi Chef Taal pulp and served it with coconut taal sauce and peanut crumble. It is a very delicious desert.

এই রেসিপি টি আমি নিজের আইডিয়া থেকে করেছি। ব্রেড মালাই রোল প্রায়ই করে থাকি । তাই ভাবলাম যদি তালের পুর ভরে করি কেমন হবে। সত্যি দারুণ খেতে । বাচ্চা থেকে বড়ো সবারই খুব ভালো লাগবে। আপনারা অবশ্যই এই তালের মরসুমে একবার বাড়িতে বানিয়ে দেখবেন। আশা রাখছি ভীষণ ভালো লাগবে ।
